I have a page on Etsy now (pronounced like Betsy without the B) Yea! We took a long time coming up with a name for our shop. AbaDeDoh is a made up word that came to our vocabulary when Max was born. While I"m home I'm going to try and sell some art on this site. If you haven't shopped Etsy check it out there is some really great stuff!!!!

New outfit photo shoot! Grama Maggie brought this "life is good" outfit for Max last week and we finaly had it all washed up and ready to wear. I started to take photo's of him and he totally started what can only be described as posing! I took a photo of the rear end and it looks like "Life is Goo" appropriate for a baby.

MeMike and Pops came to visit yesterday. We had such a nice time. MeMike watched Teletubbies with me! I like it when people watch my show with me. I don't like to sit down there by myself. I was shy at first and showed my bottom lip a little when they first got there. Soon after I warmed up and was giving hugs and kisses. I also showed them how high I can jump in my swing!

My 1st Doll
I made this doll for my mom because she is having little quirky trouble with her computer. It reminded me of how we use to have a kitchen witch to keep dinner from burning. I thought maybe she could use a computer witch to keep quirky computer glitches from happening. She loves it and her friends want one too so I'm now working on my computer fairy empire! I need to come up with a good name (Geek Witch, CompuFairy) and a few different personalities too. I think all the baby boomers that have so much trouble with technology might like them - if they are cute!

7 Months Already?
Good gracious! Well, he passed the 1/2 way mark, it's all downhill from here, LOL. I know we have 5 more months till he turns one but it seems like it is coming up so fast. He is doing something new each day to our delight! Here I gave him a cup with a few drops of water in it to practice and he had great fun! We were also trying on some of the hats he got as baby gifts so we could go outside and play. I remember thinking when we got this one "I can't imagine his head ever being this big" and look at him now!

It's a Girl!

It is official! My nephew Jeremy and his wife Savannah are going to have a baby girl. They are due in late August I think. It must be the year for girls because Gabe and Rebecca are having a girl too and due in July. It's about time we got to buy some girl stuff around here! I love my boy but I also love all the cute girl stuff out there.

I wish Jeremy was closer so we could give him a baby shower and just be around to witness all the changes him and Savannah are going thru. He is growing up so fast and I miss him terribly. I'm so happy for him and Savannah. They are healthy, young and happy and have everything before them.

Back Home with Baby!

Well the Athens Blue Print Job didn't work out for me. I really struggled with the decision but it was just not a good place for me to work or grow and I ultimately decided to turn down their offer. The oder from the printing press was extremely strong with no ventilation. There are also some internal family issues going on that no one wants to get involved in. So Ben and I decided it was okay for me to keep looking. Now I'm back home with Max and Ben and I can't say I'm upset about that! I love it! Hopefully the temp agency will find me something new soon.

As you can see Max has started the first half of a crawl. He can pivot on his tummy and push himself backwards. He says Ow, Ah. and lots of A and Oh combinations. He also likes to squeak or sing. I mimic his sing sounds and he really likes that. Max turned 7 months Saturday! Can't believe how fast he changes it's like overnight something new happens and Ben and I say "well, he does that now" We got him one of those mesh things with a handle. He enjoys eating cut apples and peaches so much and it make a good teether too. But most of the time he enjoys the handle as much as the fruit!

Ben has a big new Mac laptop coming soon - he has been watching it's location for a while now and we eagerly anticipate it's arrival hopefully tomorrow! There business is doing so well I"m so proud of him!
