Max just turned 5 months today! We are having lot's of fun watching our little man grow. He is eating baby food every night around 6pm along with a nice bottle of mommy milk. He loves it and falls asleep right after. He usually wakes to nurse around 8 pm again, then back to sleep. He seems to really enjoy the green beans, squash, and carrots. However he is still not sleeping thru the night. For some reason he is waking up 3 times a night now instead of the usual 2. Now that he eats he wakes up between 11 - 12 hungry then between 2 and 3 then finally between 5 and 6. I can't imagine how I would get thru the day if I was working the nights have been really hard. If anyone has any advise I'm up for it. I'll try anything, let him cry, pasifier, mobile, swaddle are all the things that I've tried and sometimes they work. What works the best is nurse and stay in bed with us but I don't sleep very good that way so Max and I will need to come up with a compramise.
Our living room has become a play pen now that I'm home. We got those foam floor squares and spend lot's of time on the floor playing and doing the dreaded tummy time. He rolled over today all by himself because he got so mad about tummy time. As soon as he "landed" on his back he looked shocked and a little scared. I reasured him how cool what he just did was and he was all smiles! He loves to stand, it so cute! I don't know if he will get the nack of crawling before he get's standing.
